Kadans Science Partner has added 5-10 Brandon Road, King’s Cross, London, UK to its Pan-European portfolio. The asset was acquired from City & Provincial
Properties in a joint venture with Argo Real Estate and Investec Bank. This acquisition establishes Kadans in The Knowledge Quarter London, a global centre of excellence for science & technology innovation.

5-10 Brandon Road is currently c.30,000 sq ft of industrial units with planning consent for a new mixed use 114,000 sq ft commercial centre. As part of the redevelopment Kadans will be bringing forward high quality GMP manufacturing, laboratory and office space. The Knowledge Quarter, London is a global centre of excellence in science & technology innovation. The Knowledge Quarter is consortium of over 75 academic, cultural, research, scientific and media organisations large and small from The Francis Crick Institute and University College London (UCL) to the Wellcome Trust, Google and Eagle Genomics.

With the acquisition of 5-10 Brandon Road, London, the Kadans portfolio now comprises of over 45 buildings and numerous projects under development in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain. Kadans aspires to partner with universities, venture capital firms and organizations to create one strong knowledge-sharing ecosystem of science parks across Europe.
