Breda Startup forms a close-knit community of entrepreneurs and companies in the Breda region that consider innovation and entrepreneurship important. Together they work on a stronger economy by sharing knowledge, vigour and network. And, of course, more successful startups that will make an impact. Community builder Peter Brouwers sat down with Ecosystem Manager Tom Straeter and Community Manager Saskia van Rijn for the Triple O Campus in Breda.
Peter: “We are building a community of entrepreneurs who are innovating and working to solve challenges in our contemporary world. Building and rolling out solutions with impact on our environment. Just from Breda.”
Kadans is best known in Breda for the Triple O Campus, the centre for creativity and technology in Breda and the surrounding area, where Kadans now houses more than 80 companies from various creative disciplines. Starting and growing companies work together here, stimulated by an inspiring working environment, including many extra services and facilities provided by Kadans.
Peter: “Breda entrepreneurs have guts and an eye for innovation. Thanks to that innovation, these startups make a difference time after time and give a clear boost to the local economy, such as employment.”
The partnership will be expressed in several ways. The startups and experienced entrepreneurs based at Kadans’ Triple O Campus will have access to Breda Startup’s network and events. Conversely, Kadans’ extensive network, consisting of innovative companies and renowned knowledge and research institutions across Europe, offers many new opportunities for the Breda startup community.
