Kadans is your partner. We develop, buy, build, finances, leases, and manages commercial buildings of all technical abilities and requirements. We also offer various shared facilities in our multi-tenant buildings.
Extra services for your pilot plant
On top of customised laboratory housing, Kadans offers several additional services: ecosystem services. These services are offered on top of the normal property management and technical services of our buildings. By providing these additional ecosystem services, Kadans optimises the success of your organisation.
Laboratory rental in a multi-tenant building on a campus or science park
For both small and large companies and organisations, we have multi-tenant buildings in close proximity to universities or other knowledge institutions, on campuses and science parks. In many of these locations below, we have space available to set up a laboratory space for you too!
