The Science Quadrant is located on the Abingdon Science Park and offers space to organisations focusing on innovation in the Life Sciences & Health sectors. Sovereign House is a laboratory and office refurbishment delivered by Kadans Science Partner, located within The Science Quadrant at Abingdon Science Park Purchased in 2022, the building expands the current Kadans ownership at Abingdon Science Park. The development will comprise of repurposing of the current building, providing 7,728 sq ft of ground floor lab space and 7,728 sq ft of first floor office space. Due to complete in May 2023, the building can be offered as a bespoke fitted lab and office facility or delivered to CAT A specification.

Sovereign House

Barton House is a best-in-class laboratory led development by Kadans Science Partner. The development, due to complete in Q3 2023, will add an additional building to Abingdon Science Park.Upon completion, Barton House will encompass 25,600 sq ft of purpose-built laboratory accommodation– located in the heart of this established science and technology cluster, Abingdon Science Park.
