Merlin Place
Merlin Place is currently an office building in the Cambridge area. Kadans has grand plans for the development of Merlin Place and believes it will be the place of the future. The building will have high technical capacity and support all areas of science and R&D.
We will provide our full ecosystem services and enhance tenant collaboration. Our signature buildings have large open and inclusive first floors that connect to the broader public. We will provide space for events, cafes and more, while connecting the building to the impending new development on the east side of the site. (Northeast Cambridge Regeneration Development).
Fit-out
We work with you to see how you can best arrange the flexible spaces. We call this process the fit-out. During the fit-out process, we look at the user-related layout of a space. This includes technical facilities and other user-related adjustments. Kadans is happy to look at the fit-out with you. On top of customized laboratory housing, Kadans offers several additional services: ecosystem services. These services are offered on top of the normal property management and technical services of our buildings.
