Novio Tech campus
Novio Tech Campus is situated on a former part of the NXP site in Nijmegen on the Winkelsteeg industrial estate. This campus, which has close ties to the Radboud UMC, has 5 buildings, 4 of which Kadans manages. There are more than 50 companies located there focusing on Medical technology, Semicon, Digital Health, Chip intergration, Pharma and RF.
NTC organisatie
There is an active campus organisation on the NTC that connects companies just like Kadans. As a Kadans tenant, you can also reap the benefits of this. A team of six employees ensures that you can do business and innovate without worries. You can find more information on their website.
Fit-out
We work with you to see how you can best arrange the flexible spaces. We call this process the fit-out. During the fit-out process, we look at the user-related layout of a space. This includes technical facilities and other user-related adjustments. Kadans is happy to look at the fit-out with you. On top of customized laboratory housing, Kadans offers several additional services: ecosystem services. These services are offered on top of the normal property management and technical services of our buildings. By providing these additional ecosystem services, Kadans optimizes the success of your organisation.
