At the Park Rijswijk
At the Park (Formerly Kessler Park) consists of 11 connected building sections that together form a large and sustainable center for research and innovation. With over 63,000 m2 of office and research space, At the Park has the ability to provide a place for innovation for many knowledge-intensive companies.
Part of At the Park is used by TNO as an innovation center for energy and sustainability. Due to the porous sandstone, also called the Rijswijk stone, the soil of At the Park is perfectly suited for creating a “geothermal doublet“.
Fit-out
We work with you to see how you can best arrange the flexible spaces. We call this process the fit-out. During the fit-out process, we look at the user-related layout of a space. This includes technical facilities and other user-related adjustments. Kadans is happy to look at the fit-out with you. On top of customized laboratory housing, Kadans offers several additional services: ecosystem services. These services are offered on top of the normal property management and technical services of our buildings.
