Wageningen Campus
Wageningen Campus is located between Utrecht and the Arnhem-Nijmegen region and is the ideal meeting place for researchers, entrepreneurs and education in the fields of nutrition, food production and health. The vision of Wageningen Campus aims to attract and retain large companies that make their mark within the knowledge domains of Wageningen University & Research (Agro, Food and Biobased).
Business & Science Park Wageningen
In addition to Kadans being active on the university campus, we also have office and lab space at the Business & Science Park Wageningen (BSPW). A business location specifically for companies active in the Life Sciences, Health and Food sectors. With its own entrepreneurs’ association, mutual contacts and collaborations are stimulated and promoted. The BSPW is an excellent place for (continued) growing knowledge-intensive companies thanks to the rapid access to the Wageningen UR network. Kadans Science Partner connects both parts of the campus with business locations, facilities and support on both the university campus and the BSPW.
Fit-out
We work with you to see how you can best arrange the flexible spaces. We call this process the fit-out. During the fit-out process, we look at the user-related layout of a space. This includes technical facilities and other user-related adjustments. Kadans is happy to look at the fit-out with you. On top of customized laboratory housing, Kadans offers several additional services: ecosystem services. These services are offered on top of the normal property management and technical services of our buildings. By providing these additional ecosystem services, Kadans optimizes the success of your organisation.
