Before joining Kadans at the end of 2005, Michel Leemhuis had a background in banking and gained years of experience advising companies and institutions on investment issues and financing. Afterwards, he worked for an internationally operating accountancy and consultancy organization (big four) where he focused on real estate issues, including strategy advice, financial feasibility studies, investment analyses and site selection advice. Within the management of Kadans Science Partner, of which he is co-owner, Michel Leemhuis is responsible for finance, organization, structuring and management of investment funds and acquisition and disposition.
Michel: “Without creativity, there is no innovation or progress.”
This quote clearly shows that as a company, you have to dare to deviate from the beaten track to be successful, even under difficult market conditions. For Kadans this means that it has sought and found opportunities in specific niches of the real estate market. Combining a focus on results, flexibility and creativity has shown that good results can be achieved even in the current difficult market conditions. Part of these good results is optimum customer satisfaction, whereby tenants are given the opportunity to realize their ambitions by offering suitable accommodation.

As a board member of Kadans, Sindy’s responsibilities include:
– Accounting and reporting
– Strategy and operations
– Risk management and compliance
Sindy: “We constantly steer and strategically structure our business so that we can continue to exceed our clients’ expectations. Nowhere is added value so beautifully demonstrated as in real estate for the knowledge-intensive sector.”Do you have any questions?
