London, 27th July 2022 – Kadans Science Partner has added two new assets in King’s Cross, London, UK to its Pan-European portfolio. The two new acquisitions build on Kadans’ 2021 purchase of 5-10 Brandon Road. The two new assets, 4 Brandon Road and 18-20 Tileyard Road will be transformed into high-quality life science accommodation providing much needed technical real estate for the London market. The assets were acquired from a private company (4 Brandon Road) and Sterling RE and Argo (18-20 Tileyard Road) advised by Savills. These acquisitions continue to grow the Kadans footprint in The Knowledge Quarter London, a global centre of excellence for science & technology innovation.

The Knowledge Quarter Kings Cross is a consortium of over 75 academic, cultural, research, scientific and media organisations large and small from The Francis Crick Institute and University College London (UCL) to the Wellcome Trust, Google, GSK, Merck (MSD) and AstraZeneca.

In combination with 5-10 Brandon Road, Kadans will be delivering over 230,000 sq ft of dedicated life science space specifically targeted at the needs of fast-growing SME’s. The accommodation will provide a range of options for early-stage spin outs through to large companies.
