Kadans Science Partner strengthens UK & Ireland team with appointment of Commercial Manager
Kadans Science Partner is delighted to announce the appointment of Katie Nelson, to strengthen its international team as a Commercial Manager for the UK & Ireland.
Katie joins Kadans from Cushman & Wakefield where she had been for close to 9 years. Starting at Cushman & Wakefield as an Apprentice, Katie has gained a wide range of experience through her career. Before joining Kadans Katie was a highly regarded agent within the South East Office Market. Katie specialised in Tenant representation whilst in the South East Agency Team whilst also serving investor/landlord clients.
Within the life science sector, the working environment has developed significantly and is now based on a combination of collaboration and flexible working, whilst also providing key lab space. Katie is regarded as an Occupier specialist which is great addition to the Kadans expertise and will work to make our assets occupier ready.
Katie will be responsible for the leasing of the UK & Ireland portfolio, tenant engagement and managing of our ecosystem services.
