Plus Ultra Utrecht will consist of over 22,880 m2 GLA, with space for laboratories and offices. The building will be surrounded by greenery and encourage meetings. As the building’s hub, Plus Ultra Utrecht’s atrium provides access to meeting facilities, the restaurant, the Science Gallery and rentable spaces. Externally, the atrium extends to a terrace to the south. Thus, the atrium provides space for lunch, flexible-working, meeting and celebrating successes.
The corridor around the atrium is fixed, but otherwise, the floors can be arranged freely. On each floor, both offices and laboratories can be arranged.
