At Windrush Innovation Centre, in the heart of East Oxford, you will be able to design your ideal R&D and manufacturing space. The building can deliver up to 68,000 sq ft of flexible R&D and GMP manufacturing space under Use Class E. You’ll benefit from a wide range of support services designed to accelerate your growth. From access to networking opportunities to assistance with funding and commercialisation, the building will be dedicated to helping you navigate the complexities of the life sciences, health and technology landscapes.
Windrush Innovation Centre
Windrush Innovation Centre will offer approx. 68,000 sq ft of lettable cutting-edge, flexible laboratory, office, and GMP space. The building has planning permissions designed to meet the highest standards of innovation, flexibility, and functionality while it’s located next to Oxford Biomedica UK Head Quarters. With an adaptable layout, you can easily convert spaces to your needs.
