20+ years of experience in modern lab & work spaces
Founded in the 1990s, Kadans has been dedicated to providing bespoke workspaces. Our journey truly began in 2009 with the acquisition of BioPartner Center Wageningen, an initiative established in 2000 to support the enhancement of fundamental research conducted at the Wageningen University & Research Campus. This acquisition marked our first multi-tenant building for start-ups, scale-ups and corporate R&D teams.
Since then, Kadans has expanded significantly, curating a much wider offering of knowledge-intensive real estate solutions. In 2010, the name Kadans Science Partner was officially launched to embody our evolved focus on fostering innovation through real estate investments across the Netherlands. Today, Kadans operates as an international leader in science and innovation-focused real estate, with a presence across the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, France, and Spain. We proudly serve over 400 clients within 300+ science clusters in six countries.
