Plus Ultra Gent is located at the cutting-edge Tech Lane Ghent Science Park and is dedicated to advancing life sciences, health, data, deep tech, and sustainable innovation in Ghent. Flexible lab and office spaces
At Plus Ultra Gent, Kadans and PMV will offer purpose-built, flexible laboratory, cleanroom, and office space, compromising of wet labs, dry and tech labs, and chemistry laboratories that can be provided fully fitted bespoke to your company’s requirements, or to a Cat A/B finish. These state-of-the-art facilities are designed to accommodate start-ups, scale-ups, and established companies alike and are provided with the essential infrastructure to ensure your business can thrive in an environment that fosters creativity and productivity.

Kadans’ support services empower businesses at every stage of their growth journey. We have our own in-house property management team, who will be based on site to provide support across facilities, property, and lab management.
