Flexible and sustainable lab and office spaces
Plus Ultra III Wageningen offers you laboratory and office spaces from 35 m2 on the Wageningen Campus with a total of 8,500 m2 rentable space. There is a combination of research spaces, office spaces and meeting facilities. The entire ground floor of the building is fully equipped as a pilot plant. Plus Ultra III Wageningen is also a leader in sustainability, the building is made almost entirely of wood and is constructed in a CO2-negative manner. With our flexible lab and office spaces, it becomes easy to adapt your space as you grow.

Our on-site facility management team provides support to all your needs at Plus Ultra III Wageningen. Here we provide high-quality facilities that include modern meeting rooms with advanced AV equipment, a spacious atrium, and parking facilities. We will assist you in designing and fitting out your ideal workplace, ensuring a bespoke, optimal working environment.

Dedicated start-up space in the i-HUB
Our dedicated start-up floor at Plus Ultra III is designed to fuel innovation. The Innovation HUB, or i-HUB for short, features fully-furnished labs and offices tailored to your needs. The i-HUB is designed to ensure that lab and office spaces are located in close proximity to each other, promoting a seamless integration of research and administrative functions. Laboratory modules range from 55 m² up to 82 m² LFA. Office space in the i-HUB ranges from 30 m² up to 77 m² LFA. Lab and office units of comparable size are leased as a package.
