Node I Málaga offers organisations the opportunity to settle and grow on Málaga TechPark. Node I is a multi-tenant building for companies in the technology, microelectronics, and artificial intelligence sectors to meet, collaborate and innovate together. The building is built to inspire synergy and creates an environment where business can flourish.
Bespoke lab and office space
Node I Málaga offers 12,000 m² of laboratory, cleanroom, and office space on the Málaga TechPark. Here, you will find an excellent combination of laboratory spaces, office spaces and meeting facilities perfect for organisations active in the high-tech, AI, and microelectronics fields. A state-of-the-art building with a sustainable design, Node I Malaga will be certified BREEAM Excellent. The design of the building focuses on interaction. An open community will be created with the atrium as a connecting element between all users. In this way, we want to contribute to knowledge sharing and communication between you and other users of Node I.
Part of a global microelectronics cluster
As part of the TechPark, Node I stands at the forefront of Europe’s microelectronics revolution. The building features clean rooms, pilot plants, workshops, dry and wet laboratories, and other special facilities suitable for Artificial Intelligence (AI); including Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL), microchip technology, IoT, and large-scale data analytics, among others. A major milestone for Málaga TechPark and the collaborative community within this park is the arrival of the Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre (IMEC).
