Flexible manufacturing, laboratory and office space
The building is divided into two units, the Accelerator and the Research facility. It includes eight floors, comprising a three-storey research facility and an eight-storey accelerator tower, offering flexible workspace for both established companies and growing start-ups. We, Kadans and PMV, know you need space that’s ready for immediate use. Our Lab Enabled standard ensures that, from day one, your space is fitted for the essentials, which allows you to focus on creating a laboratory that fits your specific needs.
