Future-Oriented Partnership: Bayer and Kadans Science Partner Join Forces to Shape the Life Sciences Campus at Berlin's Nordhafen

The Bayer campus in Berlin is establishing itself as a leading hub for healthcare innovation, becoming the top destination in Germany and Europe.

Berlin 30 March 2026– Bayer and Kadans Science Partner enter into a partnership to advance the development of a Life Sciences Campus in the heart of BerlinThe campus is intended to serve as a center of excellence for science, technology, and innovation, delivering novel therapies, modalities, and digital health solutions to address unmet patient needs.  

As part of this partnership, both parties will closely collaborate to further develop the Life Sciences Campus on prime land plots at Nordhafen / Fennstraße in Berlin-Mitte. A key element of this partnership is the creation of modern laboratory and office spaces for companies, research institutions, university spin-offs, founders, and start-ups in the life sciences sector. This will create a robust innovation ecosystem that closely links research, development, production, and market introduction.
