Kadans Science Partner and Grupo Adecco sign strategic partnership to drive talent in Málaga TechPark

Málaga, 22 October 2026. – Kadans Science Partner, a European leader in the investment, development and management of real estate dedicated to innovation, and The Adecco Group have signed a strategic partnership to provide comprehensive talent management solutions to companies based at Kadans’ centres in Málaga TechPark. The agreement reinforces both organisations’ commitment to business growth and competitiveness within one of southern Europe’s leading technology hubs.
The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation that will bring together Kadans’ expertise in developing and managing scientific and technology infrastructure and ecosystems with Adecco’s leadership in talent management, human resources consulting, training and employment advisory services.
Under the partnership, companies within the Kadans community will have access, on preferential terms, to specialised recruitment and staffing services, training, HR consulting and employment advisory services. The initiative will help companies access the qualified talent they need to grow in strategic sectors such as deep tech, life sciences and healthcare.
