The building’s adaptable structure features a flexible layout grid of 3.6 meters, allowing spaces to be configured from as small as 3.6 m x 7.2 m to a full floor. Laboratories and offices are strategically positioned for optimal functionality, with labs facing North and West and offices positioned to the East and South. High-end ventilation systems ensure a controlled environment, with laboratories offering up to six air changes per hour.
