Kadans Science Partner opens its newest building in Spain: Node I at Málaga TechPark

Málaga, April 20, 2026. – Kadans Science Partner, European leader in investment, development, and management of innovation real estate, announced the opening of Node I, its newest building in Spain. Located at Málaga TechPark, the project reinforces the company’s commitment to Southern Europe while recognizing and strengthening Málaga’s position as an international technology hub.
The inauguration of Node I by Kadans Science Partner was attended by Francisco de la Torre, mayor of Málaga and highlighting the importance of this milestone for the city’s innovation ecosystem.
With a total leasable area of 12,000 square metres, Node I has been designed as a modern, flexible, and highly specialized center capable of accommodating around 800 professionals in deep tech disciplines. The facility meets the needs of companies working in advanced systems and high-tech materials, spanning cutting-edge sectors such as microelectronics, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. It also supports the development of advanced technical infrastructures, including cleanrooms, workshops, pilot plants, semi-industrial facilities, and laboratories, built to ISO-5 through ISO-8 standards.
In addition to its technical specifications, the project stands out for its surroundings. It features 10,000 square meters of landscaped green areas, a key attraction compared to other options in the city of Málaga, as well as more than 600 parking spaces available to both tenants and users of the Málaga TechPark.
Kadans not only provides technology companies with the right environment to develop their projects, but also actively fosters collaboration between organizations and international connectivity. The company operates across more than 30 clusters, with 70 buildings in six European countries, enabling its clients to integrate into a dynamic ecosystem where knowledge, resources, and opportunities are shared on a global scale.
The total investment in Málaga, which includes the development of both Node I and the Node II, amounts to €32 million. The new innovation center is generating significant market interest in this type of specialized infrastructure. Based on pre-leasing activity, the company expects to reach approximately 40% occupancy by the end of 2026, confirming strong demand for facilities of this kind.
International Talent and Companies Gather at Kadans Tech Summit in Málaga
With this launch, the company initiates its presence by bringing together a strong mix of international companies and talent at the Kadans Tech Summit, held on the same day, further strengthening the city’s role as a dynamic meeting point for innovation, knowledge exchange, and global collaboration between technology companies, researchers, and entrepreneurs.
