Co-Working Lab designed for researchers

Great ideas can come from anywhere. At London Innovation Centre, we provide flexible, affordable lab spaces tailored to start-ups in molecular biology and microbiology. Our Co-Working Lab offers shared workspaces, biosafety hoods and incubators in a secure, collaborative setting – without the high costs or long leases of traditional labs. This scalable model lets you focus on research and growth, free from logistical burdens. Unlike the isolated, windowless labs that some scientists are used to, our London Innovation Centre fosters both scientific progress and human connection.

The London Innovation Centre offers fully-fitted private labs, shared lab benches and office spaces – designed to maximise efficiency and suit your unique needs. Shared equipment is available across both floors and easily bookable, ensuring access when you need it. All labs are equipped with circuit breakers to protect your research from power failure. On-site specialists, including a Lab Manager and Centre Manager, provide dedicated support. You’ll have access to meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
