At Merlin Place, Kadans will offer premium purpose-built laboratory, cleanroom, and office space, compromising of CL2 wet labs (with extract to atmosphere provision), dry and tech labs, and chemistry laboratories that can be provided fully fitted bespoke to your company’s requirements, or to a Cat A/B finish. Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to accommodate start-ups, scale-ups, and established companies alike and are provided with the essential infrastructure to ensure your business can thrive in an environment that fosters creativity and productivity.

Kadans’ support services empower businesses at every stage of their growth journey. At Kadans we have our own in-house property management team, who will be based on site to provide support across facilities, property, and lab management. Public transportation is incredibly convenient, Cambridge North Station is only a 15 minute walk, or 5 by bicycle, with buses stopping right outside. Drive or cycle to Cambridge City Centre in 10 minutes. The train from King’s Cross in London to Cambridge North takes less than an hour.
