At Merlin Place, Kadans offers fully customisable CL2 wet labs (with extract-to-atmosphere provision) and high-quality office spaces. Lab and office space are divided with a 60:40 ratio. Whether you’re a fast-moving biotech or health data company, or a diagnostics platform, our lab and office spaces are tailored to support your growth. All available fully-fitted to your needs or in Cat B finish. Designed to empower companies of all sizes and in all stages of life, our facilities offer the infrastructure and flexibility needed to evolve with your business. Accessibility
As a company with Dutch roots, we understand the importance of accessibility by bicycle and being Cambridge as cycling city! With secure bicycle storage and top-notch hotel style shower and changing facilities, you’ll enjoy a refreshing arrival before your workday begins.
Public transportation is incredibly convenient, Cambridge North Station is only a 15 minute walk, or 5 by bicycle, with buses stopping right outside. Drive or cycle to Cambridge City Centre in 10 minutes. The train from King’s Cross in London to Cambridge North takes less than an hour.
