A building designed for laboratories and technical spaces
The MIX offers 15,000 m2 of space dedicated to research and development, set to complete in Q3 2026. It welcomes companies of all sizes across Paris-Saclay’s strategic innovation fields, including deeptech, agritech, foodtech, health and cleantech. Designed for collaboration, its open atrium connects four independent units ranging from 2,000 to 3,500 m2, with flexible lab and office spaces, as well as pilot plants and production spaces.
By delivering fully fitted labs, we help you minimise additional expenses that are often associated with investing in new laboratory space. Our Lab Ready standard provides spaces that are primed with a building related fit-out that ensures your leased laboratory space can easily be transformed into the lab space you need for your research. This also ensures that you can move into The MIX as quickly as possible.
