Building application submitted for Plus Ultra Mainz
We have submitted the building application for Plus Ultra Mainz to the city council. We’re excited to take the next step in developing Plus Ultra Mainz, a cutting-edge laboratory and office building on the life sciences and biotechnology campus in Mainz.
By the end of 2027, we aim to deliver an attractive and modern facility of approximately 19,500 m², designed to meet the needs of life science of biotech innovators. With this project, we’re creating much needed space for start-ups, established companies, and research institutions. Plus Ultra Mainz will become part of the international Kadans Community – a dynamic network of 500+ innovative organisations across Europe.
